Return Policy

If your purchase isn’t what you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the order paperwork or invoice, and must be received by us within 30 calendar days of your return request being approved

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

What happens if my order was damaged in transit?

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us using our Return Request form. Once a member of our team has reviewed your request and confirmed the damage, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days to your original method of payment. 

How long do I have to return an order?

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

How do I ship back my order?

To return your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Return Request form.

  2. One of our customer service representatives will contact you within 2–3 business days to confirm your return and provide any additional instructions.

  3. Prepare your item for return: Include the original packaging, paperwork, and invoice.

Can I return my order to your clinic?

Yes! You can return your online order to our clinic, located in St. Catharines. Please bring your item in its original packaging, along with the order paperwork or invoice

Note: Certain items, such as final sale or holiday-specific products, may not be eligible for in-store returns. Be sure to check your order details or contact our team if you’re unsure.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 3–4 business days after receipt of your returned item. Typically, it takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. 

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, ClaraDerma+ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To help prevent misuse of our Return Policy, we may limit or suspend returns in cases of excessive use, suspected abuse, or fraud.
